We have always been passionate about fitness. We challenge each other everyday to meet our full potential, and through doing so we have watched each other continue to achieve and surpass our goals. That is why we wanted to reach out to others! Clayton is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds a B.S. in Health and Exercise Science. Between the two of us we have over a decade of coaching experience. Both of us are long time advocates of flexible dieting and take a scientific-based approach to training and nutrition. We believe in sustainable changes in eating habits and being as efficient as possible in the gym. No fad diets or training programs that will leave you feeling worse than when you started. Our goal is to make exercise and nutrition as easy and enjoyable to follow as possible, because at the end of the day, the best plan is the one that you will follow. Sure, there will be a need for discipline and some sacrifice, but we want to make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible.
